Adults & Crafts Review | October 2022 Gift Box
At first glance, it is not clear what we will be making. However, the colors are intriguing and the wood slices peek your interest.
Wired flowers are large, well made, and shapable.
Significant amount of wired, leafy greenery.
Eucalyptus. One “stalk” is plenty for this project.
Once we see this wooden circle, it becomes clear that we are making a wreath.
But what in the world are we going to do with these wood slices? There are quite a few of these wood slices.
Industrial strength adhesive. Make sure you put a protective cover down before starting your project. The glue was easy to work with but I did have some spill over. Be aware, the glue takes time to dry in between layers.
Adults & Crafts even includes a pen to give you the option of writing or drawing on your wreath.
Adults & Crafts Review: QR Code used for the first time.
QR code instructions are new for Adults & Crafts. It was a surprise to find. However, it is very simple to use. This is used to get the instructions on how to create the wreath.
Here is a screen shot of the instructions. The print was hard to read on my phone because it was so small but the instructions were easy to follow.

Adults & Crafts October 2022 project was season appropriate and easy to complete. Even thought this gift box is promoted as being arts and crafts for adults, pre-teens and teens could easily complete this project. The new QR code to access instructions was easy to use but the print was small on the iPhone. Lots of inspiration was provided on the instruction page. I did not need to visit the video tutorial. The written instructions and pictures were detailed enough. A full size glue tube provided more than enough to finish the project. Keep in mind, the glue takes time to dry between application and a weight is needed to hold the greenery down. Be careful not to use too heavy of a weight when you glue the flowers. They could get crushed. Overall, this was a simple and fun craft to complete. I have received plenty of compliments on my homemade wreath.
