Spiced Winter Martini

This martini is very good. The cranberry syrup is festive and the mulling spices give this libation an unexpected and interesting flavor. I'm not a fan of strong lemon flavoring in cocktails so I started out with half. That was enough for me. You can taste the vodka but it's not over powering. I enjoyed this cocktail.

Holiday Whiskey Sour

Yum! The Holiday Whiskey Sour was my favorite of the two drinks. First off, I enjoy a good bourbon and will drink it on the rocks. This time I added the full amount of lemon which is unusual for me. However, the other ingredients tempered the overly sour taste of lemon. Truth be told, this one was a surprise favorite for me because I'm not a fan of sours.
